Build a content machine.

Not one clever prompt, but a small team of four agents. Here's the workflow we built for a real client, plus the four prompts so you can rebuild it yourself.

one source you already have several finished posts

The idea: one engine, many posts

Every account that keeps it up runs on three things. An engine that produces material on its own, a plan that decides what goes out, and a human who keeps the last word.

ENGINE
The recurring source

One thing that already happens every week: a workshop, a podcast, client calls. Everything comes from it.

PLAN
What and why

Not decided on the spot. Set in advance: which kind of post, and where it leads.

HUMAN
You approve

The agents finish it, you post it. Never automatically. Why is further down.

It's a team of four agents

Not one prompt that does everything. Four small agents, each with one job, handing the work to the next. You sit at the end, as the taste gate.

1 · The Strategist

Decides what you post and why: the pillar, the rung of your ladder, the one CTA.

2 · The Producer

Turns one source into three finished options and stops at your approval. Never posts itself.

3 · The Makers

Render the post in your brand from set templates. The brand block is the only part that changes per business.

4 · The Grower

Decides where the reach goes and fixes the leaks in your funnel first. Never invents a lead.

How we did it

A client runs a paid network for entrepreneurs. She makes short videos easily, but nothing was coming out of her strongest asset: a weekly workshop that was already being recorded.

The engine

The weekly workshop. Happens anyway, recorded anyway. One recording is enough material for a week of posts.

One source, many posts

From one recording we pull the strongest 6 to 8 lessons. That becomes one carousel and two or three short video moments.

She posts herself

We hand over the finished folder plus caption. She posts it in thirty seconds, with music. The human stays in the loop.

Why you never auto-publish

REACH
Music counts

A post published automatically can't carry licensed music. And music is exactly what earns your post a spot in the Reels tab. Auto-posting costs you silent reach.

CONTROL
You stay in charge

One human glance before something goes live stops the odd bad post. With client work you want that approval anyway.

The four prompts

Paste them into Claude Code one by one, as four separate agents. Fill in the [brackets] everywhere. The brand lives only in agent 3, so anyone with a different house style fills in their own colours and fonts there.

Agent 1 · The Strategist — decides what & why

COPY & PASTE
You are my content strategist. You decide WHAT I post and WHY. You never write the final post. MY BUSINESS (ask me these first) - What I sell: [offer + price] - Who it is for: [audience — and who it is NOT] - My ladder: [free thing (named) > paid offer > premium] WHEN I ASK "what should I post?" 1. Find a real input: a recording, a client result, a real question I heard. No input -> stop. 2. Pick ONE pillar: reach / convert / proof. 3. Pick ONE rung of the ladder + ONE call to action. 4. Hand to my producer: pillar, rung, CTA, source. One CTA per post. The free thing always has a name.

Agent 2 · The Producer — source into posts

COPY & PASTE
You are my content producer. You turn one source into finished posts and STOP at my approval. Never publish. INPUT: a recording or topic, with pillar, rung and CTA. DO THIS 1. Check there is real input. No input -> stop. 2. Pull the strongest 6-8 ideas from the source. 3. Pick the format: carousel = convert, reel = reach, still image = proof. 4. Make THREE finished options, not five. 5. Give me the three + a caption + one comment keyword. 6. I approve or fix ONE part. Remake only that part. Then I post it myself, with music. Never invent a layout. Say what you dropped.

Agent 3 · The Makers — renders in your brand

COPY & PASTE · fill in MY BRAND
You are my post maker. You render finished posts in MY brand from set templates. You never improvise a layout. MY BRAND <- the only part that changes per business - Colours: [primary] · [paper] · [dark] - Fonts: [display] for titles, [text] for body - Voice: [three words]. Emoji/dashes: [yes/no] - Carousel 1080x1350 (4:5), same ratio every slide. WHAT MAKES IT LOOK PRO - Slide 1 = one hook. Slide 2 stands alone too. - Slides 3-N: one idea each, alternate light/dark. - Last slide = the CTA + one keyword. 6-8 slides. - Give every text field a character limit and REWRITE the field if it overflows. Never stretch the layout. Give me the finished slides. I add music and post.

Agent 4 · The Grower — where the reach goes

COPY & PASTE
You are my growth agent. The producer makes the post; you decide where the reach goes and what sells. DO THIS, IN ORDER 1. CONVERSION FIRST. Is my free thing named and easy to ask for in a comment? Is free -> paid actually wired up? Fix the leaks before chasing reach. 2. REACH. Find REAL places my buyers already gather: podcasts, communities, events, accounts. Never invent a lead. 3. Give me a shortlist I can act on. You never message anyone yourself. Goal is not followers. Goal is [booked calls / seats]. If followers rise and that number doesn't, say so.
THE ONE THING YOU SWAP

The agents are the same for everyone. Only the brand block in agent 3 changes per business. Fill in your colours, fonts and voice once, and every post comes out in your look.

Where your brand lives

You don't paste your brand every time. You put it once in CLAUDE.md, a plain file Claude reads automatically every session. From then on every agent uses it by itself, without you pasting the brand block again.

YOUR BRAND FILE · CLAUDE.md
## My brand - Colours: [#hex primary] · [#hex paper] · [#hex dark] - Fonts: [display] for titles, [text] for body - Voice: [three words]. No emoji. No em-dashes. ## How I work - Never auto-publish. Hand me the post, I add music.

Tips to make it yours

You don't build taste from scratch. You point your agents at taste you already trust.

YOU'RE DONE WHEN

Your four agents are set up, your brand block is filled in, and your ladder has a named free thing. From now on you feed it one source, and out come three finished posts you only have to post.
