A small team of content agents you can copy, and getting your site somewhere Claude Code can work on it.
SMARTgirls Tech · with Claude Code
The plan for today
Two topics, one thread
1
The content team we built for Ellen
Four agents, each with a copy-paste prompt you can adapt to your own brand.
2
Your site online, and selling from it
Move it to a place Claude can reach, and pick the right platform to sell.
Both are the same move: set the structure up once, then let it work for you.
2 / n
The one idea
You build the structure once. After that, it works for you.
A content team you set up once. A site you own and can keep changing. Both start as work, then become something you just use.
3 / n
Topic 1
Your content team.
Not one clever prompt. Four small agents that each do one job, and hand off to the next.
4 / n
How it works
One engine, many posts
Every account that keeps it up runs on three things.
The engine
One thing that already happens weekly: a workshop, a podcast, client calls.
The plan
Decided in advance: which kind of post, and where it leads.
You
The agents finish it, you post it. Never automatically.
You make nothing from nothing. You harvest from something you already do.
5 / n
The shape of it
A small team, not one prompt
Each agent does one job well and hands the work to the next. You sit at the end, as the taste gate.

Agent 1 · The Strategist
Decides what you post, and why
The brain. It never writes the final post. Paste this into Claude Code and fill in the [brackets].
You are my content strategist. You decide WHAT I
post and WHY. You never write the final post.
MY BUSINESS (ask me these first)
- What I sell: [offer + price]
- Who it is for: [audience — and who it is NOT]
- My ladder: [free thing (named) > paid offer > premium]
WHEN I ASK "what should I post?"
1. Find a real input: a recording, a client result,
a real question I heard. No input -> stop.
2. Pick ONE pillar: reach / convert / proof.
3. Pick ONE rung of the ladder + ONE call to action.
4. Hand to my producer: pillar, rung, CTA, source.
One CTA per post. The free thing always has a name.
7 / n
Agent 2 · The Producer
Turns one source into finished posts
The engine room. It stops at your approval and never publishes by itself.
You are my content producer. You turn one source
into finished posts and STOP at my approval. Never publish.
INPUT: a recording or topic, with pillar, rung and CTA.
DO THIS
1. Check there is real input. No input -> stop.
2. Pull the strongest 6-8 ideas from the source.
3. Pick the format: carousel = convert, reel = reach,
still image = proof.
4. Make THREE finished options, not five.
5. Give me the three + a caption + one comment keyword.
6. I approve or fix ONE part. Remake only that part.
Then I post it myself, with music.
Never invent a layout. Say what you dropped.
8 / n
Agent 3 · The Makers
Render the post in your brand
One maker per format. The MY BRAND block is the only part that changes per business.
You are my post maker. You render finished posts in
MY brand from set templates. You never improvise a layout.
MY BRAND <- the only part that changes per business
- Colours: [primary] · [paper] · [dark]
- Fonts: [display] for titles, [text] for body
- Voice: [three words]. Emoji/dashes: [yes/no]
- Carousel 1080x1350 (4:5), same ratio every slide.
WHAT MAKES IT LOOK PRO
- Slide 1 = one hook. Slide 2 stands alone too.
- Slides 3-N: one idea each, alternate light/dark.
- Last slide = the CTA + one keyword. 6-8 slides.
- Give every text field a character limit and REWRITE
the field if it overflows. Never stretch the layout.
Give me the finished slides. I add music and post.
9 / n
What comes out
A finished carousel, not a draft
slide 1 · hook
The one thing nobody tells you about hiring.
slide 3 · idea
Start with the result, not the tool.
slide 8 · the CTA
Comment PLAN and I'll send it to you.
The trick that stops it looking AI: every field has a hard character limit. Too long? Rewrite the words, never stretch the layout.

Agent 4 · The Grower
Decides where the reach goes
A feed that grows and sells nothing is a hobby. This agent fixes the leaks first.
You are my growth agent. The producer makes the post;
you decide where the reach goes and what sells.
DO THIS, IN ORDER
1. CONVERSION FIRST. Is my free thing named and easy to
ask for in a comment? Is free -> paid actually wired
up? Fix the leaks before chasing reach.
2. REACH. Find REAL places my buyers already gather:
podcasts, communities, events, accounts.
Never invent a lead.
3. Give me a shortlist I can act on. You never message
anyone yourself.
Goal is not followers. Goal is [booked calls / seats].
If followers rise and that number doesn't, say so.
11 / n
Make it yours
Your brand is the one thing you swap
brand A
Start with the result, not the tool.
brand B
Start with the result, not the tool.
Same layout. Same words. Different brand.
The agents stay the same for everyone. The only thing that changes is your brand block. Fill it in once and every post comes out in your look.
You don't paste your brand into every prompt. You write it once in CLAUDE.md, a plain file Claude reads every session. Every agent then uses it automatically.
CLAUDE.md(Claude reads this every time)
## My brand
- Colours: [#hex primary] · [#hex paper] · [#hex dark]
- Fonts: [display] for titles, [text] for body
- Voice: [three words]. No emoji. No em-dashes.
## How I work
- Never auto-publish. Hand me the post, I add music.
Fill it in once. From then on you never paste your brand again.

Tips to make it yours
Point it at what you already love
Copy a style you love
Give your Maker 3–5 posts from a creator you admire: "match this rhythm." It learns the look, not the words.
Borrow a strategy that works
Point your Strategist at an account whose funnel you trust. Have it explain what they do, then adapt it to you.
Show, don't tell
"Make it punchy" is weak. Paste one post you'd be proud of. An example beats ten adjectives.
You don't build taste from scratch. You point the agents at taste you already trust.
13 / n
How they hand off
Produce, approve, post
The agents
Produce
Real input in, three finished options out. No input, no post.
You
Approve
Keep it, or redirect one part: "punchier hook", "warmer". Only that part is remade.
You
Post
You post it yourself, with music. Thirty seconds.
You only have to set this up once. After that it just runs.
13 / n
One rule that matters
Never let it post by itself
Auto-publish
The agent posts for you. But an auto-post can't add music, and music is what earns a spot in the Reels tab. You lose reach, silently.
You post
The agents do everything up to the last step. You post it, with music, in thirty seconds. More reach, your hand on the button.
14 / n
Take it home
Steal the whole team
All four prompts, the hand-off, and the brand block are written out in full in the new module. Copy each one, fill in your brand, and you have the same machine.
The full walk-through lives on makemode.nl → module "A content machine".

Dogfood · Agent 1 · The Strategist
The prompt, and what it did
The prompt
You are my content strategist.
Pick, from a real fact about the product:
- ONE pillar: reach / convert / proof
- ONE rung of the ladder + ONE CTA
- the one true idea
Hand pillar, rung, CTA and source
to the producer.
What it did
Pillar — convert.
CTA and rung — the free €10 credit.
Idea — your work stays in the EU (Scaleway, France).

The prompt, and what it did
The prompt
You are my content producer.
From the brief, write THREE finished
hooks, then pick the strongest.
Format: carousel = convert.
One CTA + one keyword.
Never invent a layout.
What it did
"That stay on European soil" — chosen.
"From idea to software, no US cloud" — the access angle.
"Who can switch off your AI?" — dropped: fear, off-brand.

The prompt
You are my post maker. Render in MY brand.
- 6 slides, hook first

The problem you hit
Claude can't reach your current site
Many of you already sit somewhere: Wix, Squarespace, your own host. Those are closed boxes. Claude Code edits code you own, and there's no code to reach inside them.
So the question is: where do you put a site so Claude can work on it, and can you still sell from there?
17 / n
The trade-off to understand
The more a platform does for you, the less Claude can reach inside it.
Claude can reach these
Vercel · Shopify theme · Framer · WordPress. Code you own, or a theme you can pull, edit and push back.
Closed to Claude
Wix · Squarespace · most drag-and-drop builders. Lovely to click, but no code to reach inside. You edit by hand.
18 / n
Moving without losing your address
Your domain stays yours
You don't buy a new web address. Your domain (like yourname.nl) stays yours. You just point it somewhere else.
Change one record at your domain provider.
Vercel shows the exact value to paste, and turns on https itself.
Already have a domain? Never a blocker.

The fastest way to start selling
A Stripe button works on any site
No migration needed
Make a product in Stripe, get a payment link or a button, paste it on the site you already have. Even Wix or Squarespace.
One clear fee
About 2.9% plus 30 cents per sale. No monthly cost, no setup. Good for selling one thing or a few modules.
Already have a site and just want to sell? Start here before you move anything.
